NOUVELLE CUISINE CURRY CHICKEN 
1 boneless chicken breast, sliced
1 sliced carrot
8 sliced mushrooms
1 handful frozen peas
1 med. zucchini
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 oz. pasta

SPICES:

1 1/2 capful curry
Granulated onion
Granulated garlic
Dash of white pepper
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Saute chicken and mushrooms in small amount of butter. Add carrots, saute a little longer. Add curry powder. Add cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 to 3/4 can of water. Add all other spices and vegetables. Cook until done and mix with noodles.
