SQUAW CORN 
4 slices lean bacon
1 (1 lb.) can cream style corn (yellow)
4 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

In heavy skillet cook bacon until crisp. Place bacon on paper towel to drain. Remove all but 2 tablespoons of bacon grease from skillet, put corn in skillet, let boil on low flame. Beat eggs until well mixed put eggs in skillet, add bacon crumbled up. Stir constantly as eggs thicken. Serve while eggs has a glossy look. You can also add chopped up sweet pepper.
