ORANGE - CHEESE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 (3 oz.) orange gelatin
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1 c. thawed Cool Whip

Bring pineapple, sugar and water to boil. Dissolve gelatin in hot mixture. Cool in refrigerator until consistency of egg whites. Add cheese and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into individual molds or large mold. Chill until set.
