GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen green beans
1 1/2 c. sour cream (low cal)
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. onion (instant)
Salt and pepper
1/4 tbsp. green pepper
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 (4 oz.) mushrooms
3 tbsp. chopped pimiento
3/4 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook green beans - combine sour cream, cheese, brown sugar, flour, onions, salt and pepper. Mix green beans with water chestnuts, mushrooms, pimiento. Pour in 1 quart casserole. Mix bread crumbs with butter, pour over beans. Bake 25 minutes. Serves 6.
