GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 lg. cans French style green beans
2 lg. cans artichoke hearts
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 c. grated Italian cheese
8 oz. olive oil
1 lg. onion
Garlic to taste (approx. 5 toes)

Chop onions and garlic and saute in olive oil. Chop green beans and artichoke hearts; mix in bread crumbs and Italian cheese. Add to pot and simmer for about 10 minutes. Place in casserole, sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
