OYSTER STEW 
1 qt. oysters with liquid
1 c. water
2 stalks celery
1 c. undiluted condensed milk
2 c. whole milk
Lump of butter
1/4 tsp. cloves, nutmeg, pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Cut up celery; add to water. Bring to boil. Simmer until tender. Add oysters to liquid and boil until edges curl. Add butter, milk and dry ingredients. Simmer just to boiling. Serve.
