SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can water 1 env. dry onion soup mix 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 1 egg Combine beef, crackers, egg, and 1/2 of the dry onion soup mix. Shape into balls. In saucepan add mushroom soup and water and the remainder dry onion soup mix. Drop meatballs into saucepan and cook for 40 minutes. |
