OLIVE - CHEESE BALLS 
2 c. (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento-stuffed sm. olives (about 36)

Work cheese and flour together until crumbly. Add butter and mix well with fork. If dough seems dry work with hands. Mold 1 teaspoon dough around each olive, shape into ball. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Cover and chill 1 hour, or longer. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
