HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. hot pepper, ground
3/4 c. bell pepper, ground
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 (6 oz.) Certo
Green food coloring

Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar together in large kettle. Bring to a full boil. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Strain to remove seeds and add green food coloring. Add Certo, stir and pour into hot jars. Excellent to serve with ham.
