1 lb. sausage (mild or hot depending on your taste)
3 c. Bisquick
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
Dash of garlic powder
Sprinkle of dried onions
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix like you would meat loaf. After completely mixed, shape into approximately 1 inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet to chill. After about an hour or more bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. These can be frozen before or after they are baked. These are great for any occasion.
