WALDORF SALAD FOR TWO 
2 med. unpeeled red apples, diced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. red grapes, halved
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash of salt
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Toss together apples and lemon juice. Add celery and grapes. Combine yogurt mayonnaise, and salt in small bowl; pour over fruit and celery and toss lightly to coat.

Serve on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
