LOW-CAL WALDORF SALAD 
1 c. plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 c. lo-cal mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
Sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar
4 sm., sweet apples, diced, unpeeled
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. sunflower seeds

Place yogurt in a medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice and sweetener. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill to blend flavors. 4 servings, 158 calories each.
