(4 med.) apples, cubed 1/3 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, drained, halved 1/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts 2 tbsp. raisins 1/3 c. vanilla yogurt 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. whipping cream, whipped In large bowl, combine all ingredients except whipped cream; mix well. Gently fold in whipped cream. Cover; refrigerate. 10 (1/2 cup) servings. | |

I made this salad for a Christmas Dinner Party Invite. The host and her invitees enjoyed the salad. I used low-fat mayonnaise and sugar-free cool whip. I was delighted that everyone like the salad. I like this simply and easy recipe.
