HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped chicken
1 c. celery
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts

Mix ingredients and cover with crushed potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
