SOUTHERN PEACH YAMS 
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine sugar, flour, and nutmeg. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; add nuts. Arrange yams and peaches in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows; broil until lightly browned.
