SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 (3 oz.) jar real bacon bits
1 c. green onion tops
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Peel and cube potatoes. Boil potatoes until done. Drain and add butter, milk and sour cream; mixing until smooth. Stir in bacon bits and onion tops. Top with cheese. Add milk for desired consistency. Bake in 350 degree or microwave until cheese melts. Note: Fast and easy to use left-over mashed potatoes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
