EASY LEMON BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix (pudding)
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. any orange juice
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients and beat for 10 minutes. Bake in large 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. As soon as cake comes from oven, puncture with fork every 1/2 inch. Combine and mix glaze, then pour over warm cake.

Variation: Substitute 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup water. Mix as in recipe above. Put in greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (no glaze).
