1 lg. 14x20 cooking bag 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 3 1/2 slabs pork spare ribs (fat trimmed) Preheat oven 325 degrees. Shake flour in cooking bag. Place in 13x9 inch pan. Add sauce, onion and pepper. Squeeze bag to blend. Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Place in bag. Turn bag to coat ribs. Cut 6 - 1/2 inch splits on top of bag. Bake 1 1/2 hours until tender. |
