FESTIVE SWEET POTATOES 
3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes (yams)
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

Combine first 7 ingredients; mixing well. Spoon into lightly greased 8 inch square dish. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes until golden brown.
