APPLE RHUBARB CRISP | |
4 c. rhubarb, sliced, fresh or frozen 4 c. apples, sliced, fresh or frozen 1 c. raisins 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. oatmeal 1 c. flour 1 c. coconut, optional 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. butter Mix fruit and spread in 9 x 13 pan. Mix dry ingredients with butter until crumbly; sprinkle on fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes. Makes 20 servings. |
