AFTER A DAY IN THE WOODS SOUP | |
1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped carrots 1 med. onion, chopped 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 env. spaghetti sauce mix 6 oz. can tomato paste 6 c. water 1/2 c. mashed potato flakes Prepare celery, carrots and onion. In a large saucepan, brown the beef. Add spaghetti sauce mix, water, tomato paste and the celery, carrots and onions. Bring soup to a boil and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in potato flakes. Simmer 5 minutes longer. |
