MOVING DAY SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
2 qt. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 #2 1/2 can solid-pack tomatoes
1 #303 can mixed vegetables
1 (4 oz.) pkg. egg noodles

Cover beef with water in heavy 6 quart kettle; add seasonings. Break loaf apart, cook gently until done. Add tomatoes; simmer 1-2 hours. Stir in vegetables; bring to boil. Add noodles; boil 5 minutes or until noodles are tender. Season to taste. Yield 8 servings.
