ICE CREAM CAKE | |
24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed 1/3 c. melted butter Combine and press into cake pan and freeze until firm. 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream. Soften and spread over cookie mixture, freeze 1 jar hot fudge syrup heat until spreadable and spread over ice cream, freeze. 1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip thawed, spread and freeze and sprinkle with nuts if desired. Store covered in freezer. May vary with your favorite ice cream of syrup favorites. |
