CORN GRIDDLE CAKES 
3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. flour or flour and oat bran
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. oil

To sifted dry ingredients add oil and buttermilk. Cook on lightly greased electric skillet at 350. Makes three 6 inch griddle cakes.
