1 pkg. cake mix
1 can (1 lb.) Ocean Spray whole cranberry sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind

Prepare cake mix according to directions on package. Gently stir together whole cranberry sauce, lemon juice rind. Grease the bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan and pour cranberry-lemon mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. When removing cake from oven, leave cake in pan for 30 minutes. Then remove to platter and serve with or without whipped cream. Makes 9 servings.
