CHEESE AND LIVER AND ONIONS 
1 c. chicken broth or water
1 tbsp. cornstarch or 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. butter or oil
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lb. liver, cut into strips

In a large bowl, mix broth or water, starch or flour, sugar and soy sauce. Set aside. Heat oil or butter in a skillet; add onions and cook until onions are browned. Add liver. Cook about 5 minutes until browned. Stir in liquid mixture and bring to boil. Lower heat and cook liver 2-3 minutes. Serve.
