H.'S HOT HORS D'OEUVRES | |
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 bunch green onions, sliced 1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives, drained 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 loaves sourdough French bread Combine all ingredients and spread on thin slices of the sourdough bread. Place under the broiler until the cheese has melted, then serve. Makes 40-50 hors d'oeuvres. This also makes a great sandwich spread for picnics, cross country skiing, etc. |
