CHICKEN CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, 3 to 4 lbs. cooked & cut in sm. pieces (save broth)
4 c. crumbled cornbread
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. broth

Combine bread, pepper, onion and celery. Mix. Place 1/2 of this in bottom of casserole dish. Spread chicken over this. Combine chicken soup and broth and pour over mixture. Add rest of cornbread mixture over this. Press down, let set for 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
