BERTHA'S WINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sherry wine
1 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all the above ingredients and mix together for 5 minutes. Into a greased tube pan pour the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Cook for 15 minutes placing on a rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.

You may add nuts, chocolate chips, raisins, and cherries if desired.
