EASY CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 c. all-purpose flour 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 1/4 tsp. black walnut flavor (optional) 3 cups carrots, peeled and grated 1 cup black walnuts, chopped In extra large mixing bowl, mix first 8 ingredients.
