POP - UP PIZZA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. green pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. water
15 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 c. onion
1 garlic cloves
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Dash salt

BATTER:

1 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
2 eggs

TOPPING:

7 oz. mozzarella
1/2 c. Parmesan

Filling: Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in chopped pepper, chopped onion, garlic, oregano, salt, water, pepper sauce and spaghetti sauce. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Batter: Combine milk, oil and eggs. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. Add flour and salt; beat until smooth. Pour filling into 13 x 9 inch dish; top with mozzarella cheese. Pour batter over cheese; covering filling. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
