2 med. size potatoes 1 med. size onion 2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. Romano cheese 1 tsp. black pepper 4 anchovies 1 risen dough Mazola oil Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Cut up 2 potatoes (lengthwise; use more potatoes if you like); fry pieces in Mazola oil (just until they are soft). Cut up 1 whole onion (small pieces). Fry them a little bit. While they are frying, spread out your already risen dough and cut up anchovies. Spread them out on the dough entirely. Pour a little oil on the dough. Also put flour under the dough so pan doesn't burn. Next, pour 2 cups of bread crumbs and 1/2 cup Romano cheese into the frying onions. Mix it all up and continue (add black pepper) frying until it is soft. You might need to add more oil. Put potatoes all over the dough which has the anchovies on it. Pour mixture and spoon it over the potatoes on the dough. Spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
