BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. butter
1 c. uncooked reg. rice
1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz
Sm. pieces red pimento (optional)
Salt to taste

In a large, heavy saucepan, saute onion and celery in butter. Set aside. Using same pan, cook rice and broccoli in approximately 2 cups water until done, about 15 minutes. Stir enough to keep from sticking and add more water, if necessary. Put all ingredients together. Can be baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or served from pan.
