CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1 egg
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 lb. jar spaghetti sauce
6 chicken breasts, skinned
Mozzarella cheese and (or) Provolone cheese

Beat eggs in a small bowl. Dip chicken in egg. Roll in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Spread 1 cup of sauce in pan. Then place chicken on top. Cover with rest of sauce. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees. Remove foil and cover with Mozzarella cheese. Place in oven until melted. Serves 4 to 6 people.
