CHICKEN TOSCA 
3 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
4 boned chicken breasts
Flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Dash of salt and pepper, garlic powder, and oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
4 slices Provolone or Mozzarella cheese

Pound the chicken breasts to flatten them slightly. In a large skillet, heat the oil. Dip the chicken breasts in flour and saute until golden brown, 3-5 minutes on each side. Mix together the tomato sauce, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and basil. Pour over chicken. Top each slice with cheese. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes and serve. Serves 4.
