STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST 
Chicken breast
Spinach
Eggplant
Provolone cheese
Tomato sauce
Flour
Egg
Garlic

Dip chicken breast in flour, then egg, and fry. Fry spinach with garlic, salt and pepper. Fry eggplant slices which have been dipped in the flour and egg. Layer chicken breast, spinach and eggplant. Pour tomato gravy on eggplant and top with slices of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
