1 lb. ground beef
6-7 potatoes, sliced
4-5 carrots, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. milk

OPTIONAL:

1 onion, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Brown ground beef and drain grease. Layer potatoes, carrots, and onion in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with cooked beef. Combine soups, sour cream, and milk; blend well. Pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, 1 hour 15 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
