LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
Garlic powder to taste
2 tsp. basil flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
2 cans (15 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) herb tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
2 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. grated mozzarella cheese
8 oz. ribbed lasagne noodles

Brown meats separately, then combine. Add onion, garlic powder, basil, salt, seasoned pepper, stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Include optionals here. Simmer all this for 1/2 hour.

Boil noodles in lots of water and about a tablespoon of oil. Drain and cool noodles.

In a 10 x 15 inch pan, sprayed with Pam, place a single layer of noodles. Layer 1/3 of cottage cheese, then 1/3 of meat sauce, then 1/3 of mozzarella. Repeat these layers twice more. Sprinkle Parmesan on top of final layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
