ARTICHOKE-SPINACH AU GRATIN | |
1 can artichoke hearts, drained 1 tbsp. butter 3 (10 oz.) boxes spinach 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese Salt and pepper 1 c. grated Swiss cheese Saute artichoke hearts in butter. Set aside. Cook spinach according to box, drain well. Mix in softened cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Layer artichoke hearts in a large casserole dish. Add spinach mixture to cover artichokes. Then sprinkle grated Swiss cheese over the top. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. |
