3/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
4 c. flaked cereal

Lightly oil 9x9x2 inch pan. Mix syrup and sugar in 3 quart saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat stirring. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Stir until smooth and stir in cereal. Spread in prepared pan. Cover with foil; cool in refrigerator until firm. Cut into bars.
