BROCCOLI SALAD 
Bunch of broccoli (break into florets & drain after washing)
1 red onion or veg. onion sliced thin
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2-1 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled

Combine above ingredients and refrigerate.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine these ingredients and add to broccoli mixture just before serving. Double amounts of dressing for large amounts of broccoli.
