MARSHMALLOW - PECAN SQUASH 
2 med. acorn squash (2 lb.)
1/3 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. tiny marshmallows

Halve squash; remove and discard seeds and fibers. Place squash, cut side up, in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish.

Combine cracker crumbs, pecans, 2 tablespoons butter, brown sugar and nutmeg. Brush squash halves with remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Spoon 1/4 of the nut mixture into each squash half. Bake, covered, in a 400 degree oven 50-55 minutes.
