WILTED SPINACH SALAD 
3 tbsp. bacon fat
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. bacon bits
1 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. bunch of fresh spinach

Heat all ingredients except spinach and mushrooms, pour over vegetables, toss. Refrigerate leftovers. To reheat, microwave about 30 seconds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
