HUNGARIAN CAULIFLOWER | |
4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper 1 c. sour cream 1 c. water 1 head cauliflower, washed and budded 1 tsp. dill seed Melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings; stir until smooth and bubbly over medium heat. Stir in sour cream and water. Stir constantly; bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Break cauliflower in buttered 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Sprinkle dill seed evenly over cauliflower. Pour sauce over dill seed and cauliflower. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 8. |
