1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator biscuits
1 lb. ground beef (lean) or ground turkey
1 tbsp. beef bouillon
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. tomato paste
1 pkg. Taco mix
3/4 c. water
6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Grease pie plate. Press biscuits out to form crust. Brown turkey or beef, add bouillon, onions, green pepper, tomato paste, taco seasoning and water. Mix and heat to boiling. Pour half of the meat mixture over unbaked crust. Cover with half of the cheese, remaining meat mixture and remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 8.
