BREAKFAST BURRITO 
1 pkg. pork sausage
1 sm. onion, diced
1 med. potato (baked, peeled & diced)
6 eggs, beaten
6 flour tortillas, heated
Louisiana Hot Sauce (optional)

Brown sausage and onions in skillet. Drain. Add diced potato and eggs; scramble all together. Place generous amount of cooked mixture in a steamed tortilla. Serve with picante sauce.

Serves 6-8.
