SPINACH FISH ROLLS 
3 onions
2 tbsp. oil
4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. toasted nuts
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. clam juice
2 lbs. fish fillets
10 oz. frozen spinach, squeezed dry

Saute onions in oil, add spinach, cheese, rice, nuts, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Put 1 tablespoon filling in each fillet, roll up. Place in baking dish with clam juice and water. Cover with wet waxed paper and bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
