MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. sweet milk
3 eggs
3 jalapenos, chopped & seeded
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 sm. can chopped pimientos
1/3 c. bacon drippings or corn oil

Combine all ingredients and cook in greased skillet at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
