PINEAPPLE ICE BOX DESSERT 
1 box vanilla wafers
1/2 c. butter
1 box confection sugar
4 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained

Line pan with half wafer crumbs. In bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat 1 at a time. Spread butter mixture over crumbs. Be sure to seal well so pineapple can't drain through. Spread pineapple over butter mixture. Whip cream, spread over pineapple, sprinkle with chopped walnut meats. Place save some for top layer. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator. Serves 15.
