1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies (crumbled fine)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter (blend together)
2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
16 oz. Cool Whip

Sprinkle 1/2 cookies in bottom of 9 x 13 sheet cake pan. Spread pudding mixture over cookies. Sprinkle remaining cookies pat down with spoon.
